A couple is asking a court to lower the damages awarded to their nanny. Patricia Perales and her huddy Javier Hoyle of Key Biscayne, were guilty of various civil charges for the treatment of their nanny Ms Romas, and the nanny who replaced her. They were rewarded $125,000.
In addidtion to civil charges a federal court jury also found the couple guilty of human smuggling for taken their passports away.
